Let my pictures speak to how delicious the sushi was! I got the rum and mac n' cheese rolls. They were so fresh and flavorful! I havent had good sushi in a long time since moving to the Bay Area, but this place is the real deal. However, what really pushes this place to 5 stars is the staff. My waitress was so attentive and respectful, really catering to guests. I will definitely return!
Their sashimi was perfect: fresh, expertly cut (no fascia), and frankly large. These were just bigger portions than I'm used to. They are happy to make any roll you like, just tell them what you want, doesn't matter if it's on the menu. It was a little difficult to find their online menu, and they wanted to know if I wanted dinner or appetizer for each thing I ordered. I didn't really understand that but I was happy with what I got. We'll definitely be back.
Solid menu and friendly staff. The sushi is always fresh and well made. The teriyaki steak and chicken combo dinners cone with salad and miso soup. It is the go to place for the whole family.

The people and owners are super friendly and food is always delicious. I love coming here on my lunch breaks or getting something to go after work. Lots of different sushi rolls that will have you wanting to come back!

Every time I crave sushi, that is my number one place to go to. However, I noticed the prices have risen a bit, but with their great service and wonderful food that is always fresh, it doesn't stop me from going. I am a local and know what the great sushi places are in Lafayette and Walnut Creek, and Kane never fails to disappoint me. Now I'm a very picky eater, so if this places satisfies me every time I go there, I'm almost positive you'll love Kane as much as I do.
Some of the most consistently fresh sushi in bay area. Occasionally they don't have our favorites because they purchase small quantities. Quality reigns over quantity.
